“Moment” allows you to be more mindful of how your surroundings affect your mood by inviting you to reflect on key moments of your day.
The application prompts you at specific moments during the day asking you how you are feeling, and assists you through a predefined list of adjectives. If there is a spike between how you felt last time you used the app and what you input now, the app invites you to reflect on why you think your mood has shifted. This is a key moment in the app. Our hypothesis is that there is value in actively reflecting upon our emotional states, specifically when there is a significant shift in our mood.
